We are a select group of experienced professionals, led by Silicon Valley-trained CEO, Claire Corbett. Our mission is to help you transform the culture of your organisation through the well-being of your employees and leadership development.
We are based in Switzerland and have a worldwide client base, with clients such as FIFA, Quintet Bank, AXA XL, Julius Baer, HSBC, UBP and more.

Our approach involves working with your senior management, usually in HR or directly with CEO / COO. We first get a clear understanding of where the organisation is at right now and the vision it has for the future. We look at the symptoms or pain points that the company is experiencing at the level of employees, leadership, and organization that are preventing it from achieving the desired level of productivity and growth. We co-create solutions and interventions with the goal of meeting your vision of success.

…the founder of Right Point Global. Over the years, I’ve worked with ambitious leaders and their teams, both in startups and multinational companies in various industries. Because of my passion for being ‘well at work’, I founded Right Point Global to guide leaders and teams on their journey towards well-being and to have more purposeful, authentic and fulfilling working lives. Our clients go on to make impactful changes both in their organizations and personally.
Together, we help you share a well-being and inclusive culture in your organization, through enabling awareness, learning and skillful leadership and focusing on what really matters.

Our motto is ‘be well, perform well’. ‘ When you and your teams focus on well-being, motivation is higher, resilience is abundant and productivity increases. Studies have proven that well-being and mental health can make the difference between business success and failure. By focusing on this key aspect, we guide you on how to take care of your people and get the results that everyone desires.
By creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces, employees can bring their whole self to work.
Our focus is on closing the gender gap in the corporate world. There are 3 key aspects of our work:
1) Empowering your female employees to be their best at work
2) helping change the attitude and mindset of the organisation to an inclusive one, which leads to tangible changes in core business processes
3) Promoting and enabling male allyship in your company to support gender equality
Using our combined skills and expertise from years of working in the corporate world, we work directly with corporations to bring leaders to the next level. We provide support and guidance 1:1 or in group settings.
Our corporate workshops initiate challenging and thoughtful conversations with you and your leadership teams to bring a fresh perspective on topics like developing empathy, active listening, inclusive leadership to your organisation.
