I am Remarkable Programme

Join an #IamRemarkable workshop and embrace your achievements in the workplace and beyond.

#IamRemarkable workshops strive to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. These workshops are a Google initiative and as of July 2022, over 400,000 individuals from across 170+ countries have participated in these workshops.

Many of us struggle when it comes to talking about our own accomplishments. Cultural and gender modesty norms as well as impostor syndrome can prevent women and underrepresented groups from acknowledging their remarkable attributes and expressing their achievements. This tends to reinforce existing unconscious biases that then get in the way of achieving true diversity and inclusion in our workplaces and communities.

Areas of focus

Let us support you in building a work culture that embraces and celebrates our differences. This includes understanding work culture and building confidence to self-promote.

We bring your employees on a journey of empowerment and self-discovery. This helps to build confidence, celebrate and share their achievements.

Using practical exercises, we help to articulate achievements and feel comfortable with self-promotion at work.

Here we delve into the data and research regarding our unconscious biases. We learn ways to challenge and break them both in personal and professional situations.

Here, we look at challenging workplace culture and gender stereotypes, dealing with importer syndrome and learning to talk about accomplishments in a modest way.

Who is this for?

Employees of all levels, especially women and underrepresented groups who want to challenge their perceptions around self-promotion

What a full engagement could look like:

The LEAD Business Resource Group at AXA XL hired Claire, at Right Point, to engage with us on the crucial topic of ‘Flexible Working”. Claire’s advice on strategy, design and implementation was invaluable. Going above and beyond to deliver the highest quality standard, Claire designed and delivered a webinar on Flexible Working for over 100 of our employees. The webinar was engaging, interactive and an excellent start to a frank discussion on this key topic. I would highly recommend Claire to other companies looking for a bespoke service on D&I initiatives. Claire is an excellent collaborator, focused on client needs and strategic in her approach. Claire is passionate about making positive change in inclusivity and the diversity for companies like AXA XL. Thank you Claire!

Having had the opportunity to attend two Diversity and Inclusion trainings at JB where Claire gave valuable insights and advice to the audience. It was very beneficial to me. Received a lot of useful ‘food for though’ to be considered in my role as a mentor. Thank you very much Claire!
