RPN is a tried and tested, step-by-step process that will ensure the specific needs of your company are fully met. We begin by gaining an in-depth understanding of your individual requirements and challenges, followed by the co-creation of a customised solution which will bring your organisation to the next level. Our team of specialists delivers premium learning experiences to your employees, leaders and organisation as a whole.

- Company HealthCheck – Assessment of Strengths, Challenges and Opportunities for improvement. Joint discussion about recent results from employee engagement surveys and other available data sources.
- Presentation of ideas and approaches – High level overview of what the engagement could look like including priority topics, timelines, method’s of delivery and other key aspects
- Joint Decision – Proceed with the engagement. Contracts are co-signed
- Co-Create Vision – Based on additional information provided by your company, the ‘dream’ phase begins. Here, we partner with you to co-create the vision for the engagement and a customised approach that is a perfect fit for your organisation.
- Customised Modules – We design the details of the exact modules you want to include in the programme. Details around data gathering, flow, delivery, delivery dates, exact approach and success criteria are also included in this phase
- Assign Resources – We agree and assign the appropriate RPG resources and specialists for the successful delivery
- Organise Materials – Develop customised materials for your bespoke corporate programme.
- Plan Logistics – All necessary planning of logistics are undertaken and
- Learning Journey begins – According to the design and mutual agreements, your employees and teams embark on the programme we have co-created and designed specifically for you. In this phase, we deliver premium training and coaching modules, available in person and virtual.
- Feedback Surveys – Every delivery phase includes a customised participant feedback survey to ensure we are on track and having the desired impact!
- Management and Stakeholder Debrief – this phase involves an in-depth management and stakeholder de-brief. Together, we review all feedback survey results, data gathered throughout the programme and success measures.
- Next Steps – we advise as to recommended next steps to continue progressing your company in the desired direction.
