TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE COURSE
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all online course offerings of the Right Point Global with its headquarters located at Dufourstrasse 43, Zurich 8006, Switzerland.
Registration and payment of the online course
All registrations must be made through the online registration section. Registration obliges you to pay the course fee. The entire participation fee must be transferred immediately via the checkout cart portal section on our website. Payment by instalments will not be accepted. The course fee must be paid in full. The participants must be 18 years or over when purchasing our online course.
Course content and delivery
For organizational reasons, we reserve the full and exclusive right to change the course content, change the course delivery specialists and if necessary, change the place and time. Should a course delivery specialist may be unable to deliver the course, Right Point Global reserves the right to change the course delivery specialists.
What we need for the course to go ahead
In order for the course to go ahead, we require a minimum number of participants. In the event we do not meet the minimum and maximum threshold, Right Point Global reserves the right to cancel the course. A refund will be provided within 30 Days.
Termination of contract
Right Point Global reserves the right to exclude one or more course participants from a course for good reason. For example, course exclusion may be valid due to non-payment by the participant(s) or serious misconduct on the part of the course participant(s) (example: defamation, harassment, deliberate damage to property). If a course is excluded from the aforementioned examples (the list is not exhaustive), no refund or waiver of the course fee will be made.
Cancellation
Each registration is binding. Any cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Right Point Global may waive the course fees in whole or in part, depending on the time of cancellation. The following Right Point Global cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation time:
29 to 15 calendar days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fees will be refunded.
From 14 calendar days prior to course starts: refund of course fees are not possible. The full course fee must be paid. Unattended online lessons or classrooms cannot be made up for and will not be refunded.
Disclaimer Liability and Insurance
Any liability for any damage arising from courses and events organized by Right Point Global is expressly excluded. The participants themselves are solely responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. In particular, Right Point Global will not accept any liability for theft or loss of objects when using the premises of third parties for classroom training.
Data protection
Right Point Global will process all data received from you (example: when registering, during the course or in other circumstances), or which it receives or has already received from you in connection therewith, with the utmost care and in accordance with Swiss data protection regulations. Right Point Global reserves the right to use external services providers in order to deliver the course content and Right Point Global website.
Data will only be passed on to external service providers under strict contractual data protection conditions to external service providers in Switzerland or, if necessary, to law enforcement authorities on the basis of statutory regulations.
Price and other changes
These terms & conditions and prices, programs may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Final provisions
For all legal relations with Right Point Global, Swiss law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
